You are dead on with the health benefits of the Omega&#039;s as well as the other vitamins that are prominent in seafood are also very beneficial.

It has been proven that including seafood in your diet is not only healthy but can actually help people lose weight.  The reason being that most types of seafood is VERY low in fat and a much better option than fast food or something cooked in grease.  Most seafood meals are steamed or boiled, not deep fried.

My personal favorite is lobster, but I also like all the ingredients that are included in a traditional New England Clambake.  Items like live lobster, different shellfish such as clams and mussels.  To top it off, fresh shrimp and a warm cup of New England Clam Chowder.  Now that is a meal to get excited about!

Finding seafood recipes on thet web is also pretty easy to do, most recipe sites have plenty to choose from.
