Salad with spinach, apple and walnut August 6, 2006

It’s easy:
- Baby Spinach
- Appleslices
- Walnuts.
The dressing is mixed of
- walnut oil
- vegetable oil
- fruit-flavored wine vinegar
- lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- salt & pepper

If you have the time you can roast the walnuts in half a teaspoon of butter and half a teaspoon of honey. You should take that time!

Sometimes I add cubes of blue cheese and then I use it as a starter instead of a side dish salad.
